A fine art portraiture session is an opportunity to embark on a creative journey, where we collaborate to bring your vision and aspirations to life. Whether you seek a classic and refined portrait, a contemporary and edgy composition, or a dreamy and ethereal atmosphere, I will work closely with you to create a concept that resonates with your style and desires. Includes 5 professionally edited and retouched photographs, additional photographs can be purchased at £15 per photo.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or reschedule your photography service. However, please note that all deposits made towards our photography services are non-refundable. We allocate time, resources, and make arrangements based on your booking, and this policy helps us maintain fairness and stability in our business operations. Deposit and Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your photography service. The amount of the deposit will be communicated to you during the booking process and will vary depending on the nature and duration of the service. Cancellation or Rescheduling: a. Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded. However, if you provide us with a notice of cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service, we may be able to transfer the deposit to a future booking, subject to availability and our discretion. b. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your photography service, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. We will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred date and time, subject to availability. The deposit will be transferred to the new booking. However, if you reschedule multiple times, we reserve the right to retain the deposit and request an additional deposit to secure the new booking. No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for the scheduled photography service without prior notice or if you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled service, the deposit will be forfeited, and no transfer or refund will be provided. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or any other force majeure event that prevents us from providing the photography service, we will work with you to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time. In such cases, the deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled date without penalty, if the proposed new date does not work for you the deposit will be refunded in full. Photographer's Cancellation: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your photography service due to unforeseen circumstances or unavoidable reasons, we will notify you as soon as possible. In such cases, we will either provide you with a full refund of the deposit or offer to reschedule the service at no additional cost to you. By booking our photography service and submitting the required deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
